Dr. Kharidi is Board certified in Family Medicine, as well as a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She completed her Family Medicine Resident with Community Hospital in Indianapolis, IN.

Dr. Praveen Rajanahalli

MD, MBA

Dr. Praveen Rajanahalli completed medical school at the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Medical College in India and earned his MBA in healthcare from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
