Dr. Praveen Rajanahalli was born and raised in India. He completed medical school at the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Medical College in India. He moved to the United States to begin his family medicine residency training at the Community Family Medicine Residency in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Realizing the challenges faced by his patients in the current healthcare system, he enrolled in the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University where he earned his MBA in healthcare.

Dr. Rajanahalli enjoys the challenge of treating a wide variety of illnesses from patients at all stages of life. With over 14 years of clinical experience, he has extensive experience in treating chronic illness, as well as acute medical conditions. Dr. Rajanahalli understands that every patient is unique and that treatment needs to be tailored to the individual.

Dr. Rajanahalli performs many outpatient procedures such as joint injections, suturing, and other dermatological procedures. He also has extensive experience in treating chronic pain. In addition to speaking English, he is fluent in many indian languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi. During his free time, Dr. Rajanahalli enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, and discovering new, healthy food options for his family and patients. He also likes spending time exploring the field of sound, as he is an audio aficionado. Dr. Rajanahalli lives on the Southside of Indianapolis with his wife and three children.
