Dr. Kharidi completed her medical training in India and moved to Indianapolis in 2003. She completed her Family Medicine Residency with Community Hospital in Indianapolis and subsequently continued working with Community health network, where she has been working in Urgent care and Occupational health medicine since 2008.
Dr. Kharidi is Board certified in Family Medicine, as well as a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She is a Certified Medical Examiner and is able to perform Commercial Driver’s License physical examination (CDL). She has been married to her husband, who is also a family physician. Together with their three children, they live in Franklin Township staying busy with their active family life.
Dr. Praveen Rajanahalli
Dr. Praveen Rajanahalli was born and raised in India. He completed medical school at the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Medical College in India. He moved to the United States to begin his family medicine residency training at the Community Family Medicine Residency in Indianapolis, Indiana.
