  1. Develop a regular exercise routine.

Sleep is a critical part of not only your bodily health but also your mental health. In fact, those suffering from sleep deprivation frequently experience increased effects of their psychiatric disorders, as well as impaired emotional regulations and cognitive thinking. Establishing a regular sleep schedule and bedtime routine will help you keep symptoms of mental illness under control, and keep your brain sharp.
